Fees
Fees are negotiated in advance and are based on a percentage of the remuneration paid to the candidate and terms depend on the type of contract.
For Retained Contracts, where Quantum is given a specific period of exclusivity, the fee is paid in three stages, with the final instalment due within seven days of the candidate’s contracted start date.
Under certain circumstances, Quantum may agree to work under an Exclusive Contingency Contract for a smaller initial fee, with the balance due within seven days of the candidate’s contracted start date.
